A modular kitchen is the most technical thing we build. It has to work around a gas cylinder, a chimney duct through a masonry wall, a water line that may run at low pressure, and the reality that most Nepali cooking involves high heat, oil and daily washing.
We quote modular kitchens per running foot of base and wall units, and the rate depends on core material, shutter finish and hardware brand. Book a free site measurement and we will send a fixed price for your layout, counter and accessories included.
Everything is cut and edge-banded at our Imadol workshop, then installed in one to two days. That is far cleaner than three weeks of on-site carpentry in a flat where someone still has to cook every evening.

Most valley homes still use LPG cylinders. We build a ventilated cylinder bay with a pipe route rather than hiding the cylinder in a sealed cabinet.
Standard 34in suits someone around 5ft 4in. We adjust to 32in or 36in at no extra cost — a wrong counter height causes back pain within a year.
Check whether the duct can reach an outside wall in a straight run. Long bends kill suction; where ducting is impossible we recommend a strong recirculating filter chimney.
Under the sink we use BWP ply with an aluminium or PVC lining, because low-pressure taps and slow drains mean valley sink cabinets get wet more often than they should.
