Furniture is only as good as the condition it arrives in and the support you get afterwards. We deliver with our own team inside the valley and pack properly for cargo beyond it, so a sofa that leaves Imadol in perfect shape reaches Butwal the same way.
Free delivery inside Kathmandu Valley
- Free delivery, carry-up and installation across Lalitpur, Kathmandu and Bhaktapur.
- No stair charges — including fifth-floor walk-ups in Baneshwor and Kupondole.
- Large sofas built as split frames and joined inside your flat where stairs turn tightly.
- Delivery slots morning or afternoon; we call an hour before arriving.
- Packaging removed and taken away by our team on the same visit.
Intercity shipping across Nepal
We regularly ship to Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Biratnagar, Dharan, Birgunj and other cities through cargo partners on the daily night services. Freight is charged at actual cost and confirmed with you before dispatch depending on volume and destination, and we share the booking receipt with you.
Everything is foam-wrapped, corner-protected and stretch-wrapped, with glass and mirror panels crated separately. For distant cities we can also send knock-down units with an assembly diagram so a local carpenter can fit them in an hour.
Assembly and installation
Made-to-measure furniture is finished at your home, not in the truck.
- Wardrobes and kitchen units scribed to the wall so no dust gap is left at the plaster.
- Wall-hung TV units and shelves anchored after testing whether the wall is brick or partition board.
- Kitchen counters templated and fitted with sink and hob cut-outs already made.
- Beds assembled in the room, with the storage cavity vented before the mattress goes on.
- Post-installation clean-up, and a walk-through of every hinge, drawer and lock with you.
Warranty terms
Two years on joinery and structure for everything we manufacture — frame cracks, loose joints, carcass separation and delamination of our own edge banding.
One year on hardware we supply and install: soft-close hinges and channels, hydraulic bed struts, sliding tracks, recline mechanisms and locks.
Not covered: fabric fading or staining, glass and mirror breakage after handover, damage from leakage or flooding, damage during customer-arranged transport, and the normal softening of foam over years of use.
Warranty service is free inside Kathmandu Valley. Outside the valley we cover parts and guide a local fitter, or you can send the piece back by cargo.
Payments and festival lead times
We accept Cash, Bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay. Made-to-order work takes an agreed deposit, with the balance on delivery and installation. Ready-stock items can be paid in full at pickup or on delivery.
Dashain and Tihar are our busiest weeks of the year. Production slots fill about five weeks ahead and cargo services outside the valley get congested, so plan festival deliveries early — a wardrobe ordered in late Bhadra is comfortable, one ordered in Asoj is a gamble.
